Block A, the first villa in our BaVesta project, attracts attention with its triplex structure and sea view from all floors. Consisting of four floors including the basement, the villa offers a suite bedroom with a large terrace area on the roof floor. One of the two bedrooms on the first floor is designed as a youth room, while the jacuzzi and sea views welcome you in the master bedroom.

The basement has a large hobby area, fitness, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor heated pool and cinema room. There is also a suite bedroom in the basement.
